Your tenants get answers. You get the full picture.
ASRE Property Butler is the front door for every home we manage. Tenants scan a QR code to ask a question, report a repair with a photo, or reach a person in an emergency. Every request lands with us, and you see what happened to it.
on your phone.
Most tenant questions are simple. Most repair reports are not.
"What's the Wi-Fi?" "When is trash day?" "Who do I call about the sink?" These come in at all hours, by text, voicemail and email. The real problems get mixed in with the easy ones. A slow drip can wait. A burst pipe cannot. Without one place to see it all, an owner only hears about a repair when it's already expensive.
Scattered requests
Texts, calls and emails, with no record of who reported what and when.
No photo, no detail
"Something is leaking" turns into a second trip because nobody knew what to bring.
No proof it was fixed
The job is marked done, but nobody asked the tenant, and nobody kept the photos.
Because a managed home should run on a record, not on memory.
ASRE Property Management looks after homes across the DMV. We built the Butler so every question, repair and vendor visit is written down, dated and easy to find. Tenants get a faster answer. You get a clear history of your property.
Owners who want their property looked after properly.
Single-family and small multifamily owners

Shared and co-living homes
House rules per home, answered the same way for every resident, any time.
Scan, ask, report, fixed.
Scan
Each home gets a printed QR card. Tenants scan it with their phone camera. No app and no login.
Ask
The Butler answers from the home's own guide: Wi-Fi, trash day, rent day, parking and house rules.
Report
Repairs come in with a photo and the unit number. The AI suggests how urgent it is. A person decides.
Fixed
The vendor adds before and after photos and the cost. The tenant is asked, "Is it fixed?"
Emergencies always reach a person
The red Emergency button tells the tenant to call 911 if anyone is in danger and gives them a tap-to-call line. It sends the alert to a person at once. An emergency report never waits on the AI.

What owners ask us.
Does the AI decide what gets fixed?
No. The AI suggests how urgent a repair sounds. A person at ASRE Property Management reviews every request and decides who goes out and when.
What happens in an emergency?
The tenant taps Emergency. The page tells them to call 911 if anyone is in danger and gives them a tap-to-call line. The alert goes to a person right away. It never waits on the AI.
Do my tenants need an app or a password?
No. They scan the QR card or open a link. Each request gets a private link so they can follow it.
Who sees the repair photos?
The photos are stored privately. They open only for the people handling the request, through links that expire.
Does the Butler collect rent or sign leases?
No. Rent, leases and accounting are handled outside the Butler. It answers questions exactly as the home's guide says, and it passes anything about money or the lease to a person.
Does it screen or rank tenants?
No. The Butler never screens, scores or sorts residents, and it never asks about or comments on any protected trait or source of income.
Where do you manage?
Washington, DC, Prince George's County, Baltimore, Charles County and Northern Virginia.
Equal Housing Opportunity
ASRE Property Management follows federal, state and local fair housing laws. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, or any other class protected where the home is located, including source of income.
